Acclimation on the Baltic sea

Jumping over the waves and relaxing walks along the sea - perfect recreation not only for tired body, but also for the mind. Swimming into the sea during the cold time of the year it’s the best time to strengthen whole body. NPO " European sport art and languages school“ invites to join the acclimation on the Baltic sea . On 1st  of March, on the Baltic Sea will be organized event, which aims to promote healthy lifestyle of Lithuanian families.

 Why is it beneficial to support this project?

Acclimation at sea is known as a procedure, which is useful for both body and soul. Moreover, sea water harden perfectly and waves massage the skin and muscles. Seaside weather also strengthens the immune system. It is a great preventative measure against frequent cold, bronchitis and allergic diseases. To acclimate will be invited all family members, which accepted to participate. After this beneficial and exciting procedure, all the participants will be suggested to drink a cup of warm tea with refreshments.

By supporting this project, You will encourage leisure, which  promotes a healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, by donating You will give an opportunity for deprived families to spend a weekend together. Moreover, by supporting this project, you will have a chance to win a trip to this event.
